In using the helloaugust.in shopping website, the user is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below. We reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- helloaugust.in will try to deliver the products as per the order placed by the user. We will start to process the order as soon as you place the order successfully with us.
- When you opt for Cash On Delivery we always try to make a confirmation about the over phone before delivery.
- Every care shall be taken to deliver the goods to the intended recipient. But helloagusut.in shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the product based on the address given by the customer or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of goods.
- All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
- Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall be entertained as per the Cancellation Policy explained below.
- The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and helloaugust.in disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent. Any warranties or After Sale Services if any offered by the Manufacturers/Vendors on any product shall be serviced directly by such Manufacturer/Vendor and helloaugust.in shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints.

Credit Cards & Debit Cards
We accept Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI & Paytm Wallet through Paytm payment gateway.
helloaugust.in is committed to provide you safe way of transacting online. All your transactions online are protected & secured by SSL (secure socket layer) technology. It encrypts your credit card and relevant information during the entire transaction process. This encryption makes your shopping experience safe and secure.
All Credit card and Debit card payments on helloaugust.in are processed through secure and trusted payment gateway managed by Paytm.
helloaugust.in does not store Credit / Debit card numbers, CVV / Security Code, Pin for 3D Secure, Expiry date on any of its servers and only collects in a session while making a transaction. The said information may however be stored by Risk Management / Fraud Management Systems of banks/payment gateways with authority to do so. Risk Management / Fraud Management Systems are used for ensuring that payment card frauds are kept to minimum and all necessary information regarding payment cards is secure for you, us and the payment card industry.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
Presently we offer COD only for delivery within Trivandrum city limits. All other orders should be paid in advance to process the placed order. We have integrated Paytm payment gateway for the same and other options include UPI and NEFT.
Refund of Payment
If you have selected Cash on Delivery and order has not been delivered, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order. For refund of payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI through Paytm payment gateway customer should email us the refund demand with reasons specified along with order number and mode of refund payment at email@example.com. Refund of payment would be attended in case of order cancellation, return of delivered items for which the payment has been made and non delivery of orders.
If you would like a refund to your bank account/credit card, the same will be processed by bank/payment gateway within 15 working days of initiating refund request. Payments made through Cash on Delivery will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the Bank Details from you.
Applicable maximum refund amount is total amount paid against the concerned order minus 3% of total amount paid which is the payment gateway charges deducted by the service provider once the customer make payment to helloaugust.
helloaugust.in delivers products across India throgh India Post/private courier services. Shipping charges of order placed on our website would be shown during check out. The expected minimum and maximum delivery timeline is 2 and 10 to 15 days respectively, which will further depend on quality of service provided by the above mentioned agencies.
Return and Replacement Policy
Customer should initiate a return demand by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org with reasons for retrun, photographs of received items and order number within 2 days from the time of delivery.
If the product is not eligible for a replacement after delivery due to any eligible reasons, such as the product is out of stock, the return pickup for the product is unavailable, or any other similar reason, you may return the product within the time period of return, after the delivery of the product.
Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies and with the original receipt. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it. Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is shipped by you, we shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
Once the original product(s) has been received at our shop and the quality check has been carried out, either the replacement product will be shipped or the refund for the original product(s) will be processed, as applicable.
A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 shall be levied if the customer refuses to accept the original order with products eligible for replacement only or if the customer refuses to accept the replacement product(s),once the same has been shipped to the customer.
If any or all of the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned, then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. However, in the case of a replacement, the replacement order will get the benefit of the same coupon code/offer that was used when the original order was placed.
If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
If you wish to cancel an order placed at helloaugust.in, you should send an email for the same to email@example.com and it should reach us before dispatching of the order. Any cancellation demand from the customer received after dispatch of ordered items would not be entertained for reasons whatsoever. If the order is entitled of cancellation and we approve the cancellation, the refund of payment would be done based on Refund Policy explained before on this document.
In case of any disputes arising under this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala, India.
